EU GrANTS consultancy service
The Senior Consultancy Partner, Dr Paul Quantock, has been assisting
organisations in their dealings with the various European institutions since
1973. This has included identification, negotiation and submission of grant
aid applications; assistance in lobbying and "contact building'' with
European Commission officials; the preparation of "European Strategic Review
Reports''; and general help and advice on matters affecting organisations.
During his over 34 years of working with Commission programmes and
institutions he has dealt with the total range of organisations including
the private, public and voluntary sectors, throughout the world
We offer a comprehensive grant application service which includes the identification of suitable projects, completion of the application forms, all negotiation with the appropriate Commission officials and a follow-through service - seeing the application form its inception to a, hopefully, successful conclusion.
We can also arrange meetings in Brussels and Luxembourg with appropriate Commission officials for you to put your case for grant assistance.
Success cannot be guaranteed but our 30 years experience in submitting many and varied applications has given us an insight into the hundreds of grants that are available to organisations throughout the world.
There are a choice of fee structures:
- fees charged cover the preparation, submission, and monitoring of applications together with the necessary negotiations and follow-through.
- payment for actual time spent, at our normal daily rate;
- fixed monthly fee for unlimited Consultancy time;
- part-fixed, part-percentage on results, for unlimited Consultancy time;
- fixed "project fee" covering the whole process from start to finish.
How does your organisation know:
1. Which activities you undertake qualify for
European Commission grant aid?
2. When to apply for the identified grants?
3. Where to apply for the identified grants?
4. How much might you receive, and when?
______________________
We can prepare a Strategic Review Report which
becomes the blueprint for a future "multi-annual" grants application strategy.
To complete the Review we will:
- Discuss with the organisation its current activities and plans for the future;
- Examine the existing literature, for example Annual Reports; and
- Discuss the activities with the relevant Commission officials.
- Following the analysis the we will produce a Report outlining:
- Which activities would be eligible for European funding;
- When applications should be made;
- Where the applications should be submitted;
- How much grant could be anticipated, and when, if successful; and
- An "Action Timetable" detailing what action should be taken and when.
Success cannot be guaranteed but our 34 years
experience in submitting many and varied applications has given us an insight
into the hundreds of grants that are available to organisations throughout the
world.
The Fee : £3,000 - £5,000 (plus VAT & expenses)
